A palace lady of the Tang Dynasty (618-907 C.E.) casts aloft her long, silky sleeves in front of a pond of pure lotuses. Her “water sleeves” cascade through the air, bringing to life an era of ancient splendor and seeing you off on a journey into the pages of your favorite book. The Shen Yun piece Sleeves of the Tang Palace inspired the design of this bookmark.

Beautiful delicate work of art

I had previously never considered a bookmark keepsake but when they came out with one depicting the Sleeves of the Tang Palace I had to get it since those performances with the long sleeves are my favorite highlight of the show. I was definitely not disappointed as it is a beautiful delicate piece of art that I am not sure I will want to even use as a bookmark.
