Hi, Thank you for looking for my feedback. Yes, 15 days ago you fulfilled the order, but when I check the tracking number it says the shipment is still in Jamaica, NY. Unfortunately since First Class Mail was selected as shipping service, which is our most economical shipping method, there is no tracking information available once the package leaves the US. According to the tracking number, the package has left the US on 5/22 and is currently in transit to the final destination.
